In this case chief of a train makes the act, which entitles the passenger to return to station of sending of a train without payment of travel.

2.?: I have returned from an erroneous train, but had miss my train?

!: 2.13.13. If after returning to station of sending the passenger missed a train marked in the travel document, he shows the travel document together with the act to the chief of station for renewal of action of the ticket. For the further trip the passenger should get new reserved seat and clip the old travel document.

3.?:Can I stop at intermediate station on the route?

!: 2.15.1. The passenger has the right once to carry out interruption of trip at any intermediate station located on a route of the travel document, given to the passenger.

4.?: What it is necessary to do in case of interruption of trip?

!: 2.15.2. In case of interruption of trip (temporary stop at intermediate station) the passenger owes not later than 3 hours after arrival of a train show the travel document to duty on station, chief of station for a mark: “ Station … ….. A stop with continuation of validity of the ticket ".

5.?: Through how many of day I can continue the interrupted trip?

!: 2.15.2. To continue trip the passenger can in time not later than 10 day after sending a train, on which he has arrived on station of interruption of trip. The travel document should be showed to cash department of that station, on which the passenger has stopped, or station located further on a route of a direction for clipping and registration reserved seat

6.?: What to do, if I was ill during interruption of trip?

!: 2.15.2. If the stop was carried out for the reason diseases, according to item 2.20.1, the passenger can continue trip in time not later than 10 day after termination of treatment, after presentation of the information from a place of treatment or sick-list.

7.?: Can I change a route of trip after its interruption?

!: 2.15.4. The passenger can after interruption of trip change a route. If distance of a new route exceeds distance of a route specified in the travel document, the passenger pays a travel expenses for a difference in distance of the appropriate car (without reserved seat) - as for new trip. On the return party of the travel document the record about change of a route is done. If the new route shorter from specified in the travel document, change of a route will be spent without additional payment of cost of a booking part by a way of a marking on the return party of the travel document.

8.?: If the travel documents forgotten at the person, which saw off the passenger?

!: 2.16.1. If the travel documents of the passenger after sending a train have remained with the person, which accompanied with him, last immediately, but not later than in 3 hours from the moment of sending a train, should hand over to their chief of station, which for cost seeing off gives the telegram (telephone message) to the chief of a train and chief of station on a way of a direction, on which during a stop of a train it is possible to give out the new travel documents. 2.16.2. The presented travel documents are extinguished by a stamp: “ Action of the travel document stopped at station …. ".

9.?: If after that has passed already more than 3 hours?

!: 2.16.4. The repayment of the travel documents presented later 3 hours after sending of a train, is failed. 2.16.5 If within hours after sending the passenger from initial station the telegram (telephone message) from the chief of sending station will not be received, the passenger is considered without the ticket.

10.?: If I have left something to buy during a stop of a train and miss my train?

!: 2.17.2. The passenger, which has lagged behind a train, should address to the chief of station, which is obliged to cable the chief of station behind a course of a train, where the train has a stop not less than 10 minutes, and chief of a train about removal of things and travel document. The telegram entitles the passenger free-of-charge to reach by the first passing train to station, where there are his things and travel document.

11.?: Conductor has opened only one toilet in the car. He has told, that other toilet for him. So whether it?

!: 2.13.2. On all the opportunity is given to a way of a direction to the passengers to use available in the car of two sanitary units, for what the conductor of the car is obliged to hold by their opened. The usage of sanitary units stops with passage of a train through stations and sanitary zones, about for 30 minutes before the passengers are informed by a conductor or through train a radio.

12.?: I can't get in a train, prove it by that my place is already engaged. What to do?

!: 2.12.6 In case of wrong registration by cash department of the travel documents or distribution of the travel document without presence of free places in the car, to sale of two travel documents on one place, chief of a train and conductor of the car are obliged to allow the passenger in the car and to arrange for granting to him place in a train.

13.?: I took place in a train, but my place is already engaged. What to do?

!: 2.12.7. In case of absence of a place in the car, by which the travel document is aquired, the chief of a train is obliged to give to the passenger, in his consent, place in the other car (including higher category without a collecting of surcharge). If to the passenger the place of the lowest category is given, the difference of a travel expenses comes back.

14.?: I meal in a train, which is late for station, where I do change. What to do?

!: 10.2.1. In case of a cancellation of a train or delay of its sending more than 1 hour, change of a route of a train, therefore the train is not directed through station specified in the ticket, arrival of a train to item of change of the passenger after sending the following train, (i.e. change), the railway bears responsibility before the passenger, namely the deduction of the sum from a travel expenses, irrespective of terms of returning of the travel documents will be carried out. The railway is obliged to send the passenger and his luggage, such train, which is sent to the same station of assignment, so that the passenger has arrived on this station with as by the least delay.

15.?: I'v got a place in the car of other category from marked in the ticket. Whether have the right me to fine?

!: 8.3.2. From the passenger who has been found out in the car of a maximum category with the travel document, which does not give the right on travel in it, the penalty is not pulled together. The passenger is obliged to pass in the car, which answers his travel document, or can with presence of free places remain in the given car with entering of the appropriate surcharge for distance from station of actual occupation of a place.

16.?: I urgently should go (on funeral, for granting the help to the patient, injured), but I had no time ( to get the ticket in cash department). What to do?

!: 2.23.1 In exclusive cases i.e., with presentation any citizens cable of the certified call on funeral, granting of the help to an injured, patient and so forth, from the sanction of the chief of a train allow landing of the passengers in a train, if they had no time to get the travel documents in cash department. Thus the landing is allowed only in the car, in which there is a chief of a train, with the following registration of travel behind the receipt of the various taxes: within 1 hour. From the moment of sending a train from item of formation and within 30 minutes from intermediate stations, without a collecting of the penalties.

17.?: I have asked of a conductor to wake me before station, but he has forgotten to make it and I miss the station. What to do?

2.21.1. The conductors of cars are obliged to wake up the passengers not later as for 30 minutes to arrival of a train to station specified in the travel document.

2.21.2. About each case of station missing the act compiled with the signature of the chief of a train, conductor of the car and passenger consists which makes sure by a stamp of station. This act gives the right to the passenger returning to station of assignment free-of-charge.
